In the client-side Internet browser communication settings (*1), if TLS1.0, TLS1.1, TLS1.2 is disabled, you will not be able to display the authentication screen (*2) *1 In the setting of Internet Explorer 8.0, usually TLS1.0 is enabled. *2 "this page can not be displayed" messages are displayed.
